I just wanted to let you onto one of my recent finds!! Hard to believe this BMC post still generates traction today, the latest comment by Kevin Brown from RenderX.

Looks like you've been working on this concept for a mighty long time. Maybe the structured wiki can be added to the list of topics on the techcom hit list, along with stem sentences, different page numbering schemes for prefatory material, and the use of the serial comma.

Blessings, cowpoke!

This is one of the best posts I've seen so far. Thanks for sharing Lisa's ideas and experience with us and for your insightful interpretation of her methods and the outcome.

I have been considering using a customer-focused wiki to share best practices with our users. I can't think of a better venue for getting that type of info in front of users, and using DITA to source the content is an excellent idea.

Thanks to Lisa for sharing.
